Ningbo’s New Lakeside Hotel

Hyatt Hotels Corporation proudly presents the opening of the Hyatt Centric hotel in Ningbo, and the first Hyatt hotel in Mainland China. Located next to Tongxin Lake in Zhenhai’s thriving International Talent Park, the hotel serves as a starting point for adventurous tourists to learn more about Ningbo’s history and culture while experiencing a true slice of life in the picturesque port city.

The modern architecture and interior design of the hotel are derived from the natural surroundings and the traditional Ningbo craftsmanship. The clubhouse’s wooden shutters emit a warm, inviting atmosphere. The hotel’s namesake restaurant features a changing palette of spring, summer, autumn, and winter hues inspired by Ningbo’s connection to the roots of mahjong, as well as wall art created by local illustrators. 

The hotel’s 174 bedrooms and suites blend luxury comfort with contemporary flair, with the floor-to-ceiling windows displaying spectacular lake or city views. Adding white as the base colour with some blue accents create a clean and harmonious feeling for guests’ living comfort. The coffee brown wooden floor is a pleasant touch to a short-term accommodation. Each creative and compact designed room is intelligently outfitted with a fabric sofa, and bar counter with faux marble tabletop.

The hotel’s all-day Art Deco dining restaurant and bar, TY600, provides indoor and outdoor seating. This metallic themed dining area brings a comfortable atmosphere heightened by the excitement of an open kitchen. The hotel’s wine bar in gold, blue, and brown theme offers a chilling atmosphere for guests to taste local delicacies. 

The Hyatt Centric Lakeside Ningbo offers a range of venues to accommodate any occasion. The hotel’s column-free 650 square metre ballroom, with an 8-metre ceiling, pre-function lobby, and outdoor terrace, is excellent for conferences and wedding banquets.
